Thriving Care Services provides home care, cleaning services, and non-therapeutic mental health consultations led by a Registered Mental Health Nurse. All services are subject to availability and a prior agreement of a personalized care or service plan. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your use of our services. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing. Payments must be made in accordance with the billing terms agreed upon during the creation of your personalized service plan.
We require reasonable notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any care visits, cleaning appointments, or consultations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. We will always strive to accommodate changes in your schedule where possible.
In no event shall Thriving Care Services, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services. While we are fully insured and take the utmost care, our mental health consultations are non-therapeutic and do not replace emergency services, your GP, or professional medical advice.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UK for the resolution of any disputes.
